Instead, BJJ teaches leverage, control, and submission—skills that empower women both on and off the mats. With regular training, women naturally gain the confidence and ability to protect themselves if needed, whether for sport, fitness, or self-assurance.

Our BJJ program for women in Singapore is taught by an all-female team that understands the needs and goals of women who want to train in a safe and comfortable space. Whether you’re a woman seeking a female-only environment, or simply looking for a new way to stay active and strong—our classes are for you.

Women-Only Training Environment

Train in a safe, comfortable, and empowering setting. Our women-only BJJ classes ensure a judgment-free, welcoming space where women can support each other as they grow stronger together. Our classes are open for ladies from ages 9 and up.

Our current class schedule:

  • Wednesday and Friday: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
  • Sunday: 10.00am – 11.00am (runs concurrently with the kids’ BJJ class—perfect for mums who want to train too!)
