Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu camp will take place on Lazarus Island, Singapore’s very own paradise – just a 15 minute ferry ride from the mainland – between 9th and 10th August 2025 (Saturday to Sunday, National Day weekend).
The campsite is called Into The Woods, and it’s made up of glamping tents right on the beachfront. They are equipped with air conditioning, regular beds, sofa beds and inflatable beds – the set up depends on the requirements of the occupants of each tent. There are also 4 private bathrooms (with hot showers and toilets) for guests to use, just a minute walk from the tents.
Campers will have 2 options – to stay overnight, or to come for the day.
Day Camper Fee: $70 (Child) | $90 (Adult)
Overnight Camper Fee: $80 (Child) | $100 (Adult)
+ Room: $410 (Couples Tent) or $480 (Family Tent)
Each fee will consist of a return ticket to and from Lazarus Island (Ferry is a 10 minute walk from St John’s Island) from the mainland (Marina South Pier), as well as a BBQ for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is included for overnight campers.
Each couples tent has 1 queen bed for 2 and the option to put in an inflatable bed for $40 for an extra person. There will be 6 of these available.
Each family tent has 1 king bed for 2, a sofa bed for 2 kids or 1 adult, and the option to put in an inflatable bed for $40. There will be 3 of these available.
This is a pet-friendly site – if you’re bringing your pets to stay with you overnight, there will be an additional $30 pet fee charge for the room.
The ferry will depart at 10am from the mainland on the 9th, and 11.45am from Lazarus Island on the 10th.
The camp will start with a BJJ Gi session on the 9th, taught by Professor Bruno, in the afternoon. Followed by free rolls. There will be another round of free rolls in No-Gi in the morning of the 10th before breakfast, before departure to the mainland.
