Phase 2 Classes

Following government guidelines for Phase 2, Gracie Barra Singapore will be offering the following classes to our members. Do note that some of these classes will require a partner from the same household.

MY BOOKINGS


BJJ FAMILY (KIDS)

This class is a BJJ class for kids between 4 – 9 years. Kids will need a partner from the same household (they can be another child or adult). The partner does not need to be a current member of our school. However, please note that the focus of this class will be given to the child who is a member. A BJJ uniform is required for members, and partners are encouraged to wear a BJJ uniform only if they have one. Please stay within the allocated zones within the mat area.

BJJ FAMILY (INFANTS UNDER 3.5 YEARS)

This class is a BJJ preparation class for kids from 1.5 to 3.5 years. Kids must partner up with an adult from the same household in this class. The adult partner of the child does not need to be a current member of our school. We encourage children joining this class to wear a BJJ uniform so that they will get used to it as they get older. However, we will accept children wearing T-Shirt and Shorts for their first few classes. Please stay within the allocated zones within the mat area.

BJJ FAMILY (ADULTS)

This class is a BJJ class for anyone who is 10 and above. Members must partner up with someone from the same household that they belong to (spouse, parent, grandparent, etc). The partner does not need to be a current member of our school. However, please note that the focus of this class will be given to the participant who is a member. A BJJ uniform is required for members, and partners are encouraged to wear a BJJ uniform only if they have one. Please stay within the allocated zones within the mat area.

BJJ HIIT (KIDS)

This class does not require a partner. High Intensity Interval Training to improve strength, mobility and stamina that will be helpful for BJJ training. This class is catered to children ages 4 to 9. Please stay within the allocated zones within the mat area.

BJJ HIIT

This class does not require a partner. High Intensity Interval Training to improve strength, mobility and stamina that will be helpful for BJJ training. This class is catered to anyone ages 10 and above. Please stay within the allocated zones within the mat area.

YOGA FOR BJJ

This class does not require a partner. Strengthen and Stretch out your muscles in this class to help with injury prevention and flexibility when you return to full-time BJJ training. Please stay within the allocated zones within the mat area. This class is catered to anyone ages 10 and above.

GYM

Book a slot to use our workout area. A max of 3 people per slot. Please stay within the allocated zones within the workout area. This is not a class.
